About Yoga Jai
A warm & friendly studio with a peaceful ambiance welcoming to both beginners & seasoned yogis. Students are guided on their yoga journey of self discovery at their own pace with kindness & compassion. Each student is seen & treated as an individual. Small classes ensure plenty of personal attention.
Celebrating & embracing all styles of yoga there are a variety of classes on offer at Yoga Jai, including Satyananda Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais & Sound healing. Plus plenty of weekend workshops & other events.
Mats & props are provided at no extra charge. Regulars are welcome to leave their own mats & yoga gear in a separate area.
All the teachers at Yoga Jai are experienced, long term teachers & practitioners. We look forward to welcoming you into our Yoga Home.
